Three days of competitive yacht racing in The Bay. The Bay Regatta, held annually in January attracts yachties from around New Zealand & overseas. Three days of competitive yacht racing, eleven divisions, lively social events, beautiful location, warm weather and awesome prizes - its all happening in the beautiful Bay of Islands during Sailing Week.

Bay of Islands Jazz & Blues Festival
10th, 11th, 12th August 2012. Over 40 bands in great venues. Top acts from NZ and Australia. The Bay of Islands comes alive with the sounds of smooth jazz and sultry blues. 3 days of music, over 150 hours of quality jazz and blues at 6 fantastic venues and in the streets of Paihia, Haruru Falls and Russell.
