What to see and do at Fieldays Fieldays boasts over 1000 exhibitors on 1500 sites, ensuring there are plenty of valuable exhibitions to visit with a variety of brands and products on offer. Non farmers can enjoy traditional Fieldays favourites like the Rural Bachelor of the Year, Tractor Pull competitions and the Fencing Championships. Or experience something a little different at the Ag Art Wear show, the Festival of Logging or the Rural Good Keen Girl challenge. Witness extreme air displays, cuisine demonstrations, machinery exhibitions, stock handling and much more. Exhibition Highlights Visit the Innovation Centre to check out the latest Kiwi inventions competing for the prestigious Golden Standard award. And the Fieldays Premier Feature, highlighting an important topic of relevance to the rural industry that forms the event's primary theme each year. There are also a selection of informative demonstrations, workshops and seminars available daily. The Kiwi's Best Marquee showcases premium New Zealand food and beverages as well as cooking demonstrations by leading celebrity chefs. The Vodafone Grazing Lane located in the heart of Fieldays is the perfect place to take a break, meet friends or discuss business over a refreshing drink. How to get to Fieldays The National Fieldays is held at Mystery Creek Events Centre adjacent to Hamilton International Airport, close to State Highways 1 and 3; and just ten minutes from Hamilton, Te Awamutu and Cambridge. Ample, free, outdoor parking is provided. Opening Hours 8.00am to 5.00pm. Tickets can be purchased online, from regional i-sites and at the gate during Fieldays. Accommodation and Transport Accommodation is always at a premium during the Fieldays. We recommend booking well in advance. As well as Hamilton, surrounding towns like Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Huntly, Matamata, Morrinsville and Rotorua are excellent places to base yourself while visiting Fieldays.
